Who am I?
A group of friends with curiosities about the world of wine and who love what we do, is part of who we are and it shows. With experience in underwater wine aging since 2009, we can say that we know the methodology quite well.
What do we do?
Underwater aging of wines in artisanal ceramic amphorae. A new way to enjoy the wonderful world of wine from respect for what we do without forgetting our roots, specifically, as they did in the glorious Roman Era.

Who am I?
S'Àmfora Cellers Submarins is an oenological project led by Javier Belda, a merchant sailor specialized in cabotage routes, which link land and sea, and whose particularity is the aging of wines in the maritime environment, mainly in the Mediterranean.
What do we do?
Submerged wine aging that is born from the desire to investigate and break away from the traditional style of aging bottles.
S'àmfora Cellers Submarins has two of its own brands, S'àmfora and Thalassa Sea Wines, to differentiate the wines that are aged at sea inside amphorae, on the one hand, and in glass bottles, on the other.

Experienced team
We have been testing wine by submerging bottles in fresh water since 2009. In 2016 we began aging wine in handmade ceramic amphorae at the bottom of the sea for 12 to 16 months. Since then we have been improving our methodology, infrastructure and knowledge. More and more wineries and people trust our services and products.
